Dr. Victor L. Cobos, M.D., is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and has honors in Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the Denton County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the American Medical Association. 

Dr. Cobos earned his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987. He completed his residency in General Surgery and served as Chief Resident at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana.
